but instead I'm a sugar cube
I'm a cowed dog kicked a few too many times
implosions-
and stagnation.

a foreigner in my homeland
I've been asked to leave
deportation by means of choice or force

I ask for permission
for gentle submission,

disinterest insistence
resplendently repellant
